Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp white or red wine (i only had red)
    1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp finely minced shallot
    3 tbsp maple syrup
4 (4 onces) boneles, skinless chicken breast haves
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients except the chicken. Keep half of the marinade for dipping the chicken when cooked.
Marinade the chicken in the sauce for at least 5 minutes. (I marinated mine for 2 hours).
Remove from the marinade; discard marinade. Grill or pan-grill the chicken for about 5 minutes each side till it is no longer pink in the center.
Serve the chicken with the leftover marinade.
I served it with roasted veggies.
