Ingredients

* Mushrooms, cooked, 2 cup pieces (remove)

Directions
Cut up veggies and pre-cooked chicken into pieces. Put in casserole dish. Cover with tomatoes and top with cheese. Bake at 350-degrees for 35-minutes.
