    4 t. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves chopped
    1 10-oz package frozen broccoli, thawed
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 T fresh lemon juice
    1/4 t. lemon peel, grated
    1/4 teaspoon pepper


In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Saute' garlic; add broccoli. Cook about 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon peel, and pepper. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender.
