So simple and so delicious. Great when cooked in the oven or on the grill. So simple and so delicious. Great when cooked in the oven or on the grill.

    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/2 cup fat free Italian dressing


Puncture chicken breasts with a knife or preferably a marinator. Place chicken and dressing into a Ziploc baggie that is big enough to have all the chicken be in one layer. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Flip over about half way through.

Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-35 minutes, depending on how thick the chicken is. Or you could also grill on medium heat for about 5 - 10 minutes per side or until done.
