    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cup
    Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Blend Pancake Waffle Mix, 1 cup
    Flax seed Ground, 1 tbsp
    Sweet Cherries, 45 grams, 1 1/2 ounces
    Blueberries, fresh, 28.5 grams 1 ounce
    *Musselman's natural applesause, 1 tbsp
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp or there abouts
    Ginger, ground, .1/8 tsp. or here abouts
    sliced, chopped, or slivered almonds, 1/2 ounce


mix all ingredients in largebowl.
preheat griddle
makes 3 servings of 3 / 4 inch pancakes.

I top mine with fruit spread and I can believe It's not butter spray!
