    -1 Medium head - cauliflower ~ 6"
    -2 Tbls Butter
    -Salt & Pepper to taste


-Microwave caulfilower until crisp tender; drain well.

-Put in food processor with butter.

-Add salt & pepper to taste & process in short bursts unil it has the consistency of rice.
