I love this quick fix, low-cal, low-fat breakfast...it has the fats that u should be eating...mono- and poly-UNsaturated. You will start your day with 6g of dietary fiber, 12g of protein and lots of vitamins and minerals! Add real blueberries for antioxidants. Ingredients

    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 1.5 serving
    Dannon, Light & Fit Nonfat Blueberry Yogurt 6 oz, 1 serving

Directions

Cook the oats a bit on the drier side. Just make sure they are thoroughly cooked...they will get enough moisture from the yogurt. Blend yogurt and oats together.
