Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 1.5 serving
Dannon, Light & Fit Nonfat Blueberry Yogurt 6 oz, 1 serving
Directions
Cook the oats a bit on the drier side. Just make sure they are thoroughly cooked...they will get enough moisture from the yogurt. Blend yogurt and oats together.
