    1 head of cabbage
    1 lb ground beef
    1 small onion
    1/3 cup rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    salt and pepper to taste


Chop cabbage and put into greased baking dish. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off fat and add uncooked rice. Mix and put on top of cabbage. Add 1 can of soup and 1 can of water. Mix together. Cover top of dish with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
