Much lighter version of a family favorite Much lighter version of a family favorite
Number of Servings: 10


    1 lb cooked smart taste pasta-penne
    1 lb ground turkey cooked with onion
    30 slices of hormel turkey pepperoni
    28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
    garlic, salt and pepper, italian seasoning to taste
    1 T balsamic vinegar
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese


Cook pasta according to directions.

Chop onion, saute, add chopped pepperoni, add ground turkey cook through. Add seasonings and crushed tomatoes, add balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

Cook sauce 25 minutes, toss with pasta, layer in greased baking dish.

Top with parmesan cheese, bake 350 25 minutes or until cheese browns and pasta is bubbly.
