    * Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5" dia) (remove)
    * Ground Beef, 93/7, Safeway Brand (4oz svg), 17 oz (remove)
    * Tomatoes, Stewed, Harris Teeter (1/2 c svg), 2 cup (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    * Sauce, Tomato, Hunt's, No Salt Added (svg = 1/4 cup), 1 cup (remove)


Brown meat with tomatoes.
Mix all other ingredients together, add no salt seasonings and herbs as desired, and simmer until cabbage is lightly cooked.
