    28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
    1 tsp sugar
    3 garlic cloves
    2 TBS parsley
    1TBS basil
    1/2 can of water


put all the ingredients in a sauce pan bring to a boil and then let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir often.

You can add cooked ground turkey or make turkey meatballs to add for added protein. You can also add onions, red pepper, etc. to your taste.
