    5 Whole Red Peppers
    1 Whole SM Onion
    10 Cherry Tomatoes
    1/2 Pound Ground Turkey
    1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
    1 1/2 Cups Spaghetti Sauce
    1 TSP Oregano
    1 TSP Salt
    1 TSP Basil
    1 TSP Pepper


Slice the tops off of peppers, gut and boil to soften (about 15 minutes).

Brown turkey, onions, tomatos, oregano, salt, basil, pepper and chopped pepper tops until turkey is cooked and veggies are soft.

Add spaghetti sauce and cooked rice to turkey mixture.

Heat oven to 375

Stuff each pepper with turkey mixture

Bake for 30 minutes
