    1 jar salsa ( chi-chi's fiesta)
    1 packet taco seasoning (old el paso)
    1 lb chicken breast (boneless,skinless)

    I know there are a ton of variations on this recipe, but this is what I do so I decided to share it, if for no other reason as that it will be easy for me to add to my spark nutrition.

    You can also throw in beans, sour cream, or fresh vegetables, but remember to account for them separately on your spark nutrition.


Trim chicken of any undesirable bits.
Mix salsa & seasoning
Put everything in crockpot.

Cooking time varies whether you are cooking it on high or low and whether you are using thawed or frozen chicken.

The longer you cook it, the more tender it will be.

We serve this as Chicken Soft Tacos & Burritos.
Each is serving is approx 1.5 oz of chicken
