    Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Blue Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled, not packed (remove)
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped (remove)

    Lime Juice, .75 cup (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 1 tsp unpacked (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, .25 cup (remove)


Dice Cabbage and mince cilantro. Mix cabbage, cilantro, blue cheese and walnuts in a bowl.
In another bowl mix wet items and brown sugar. Stir until honey is disolved. Pour dressing over cabbage mix, add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 5 3/4 cup servings.
