Ingredients

    1 1/2 pound Pork loin
    6 ounces marinade, mesquite with lime juice

Directions

pour marinade over pierced meat. Marinade in refrigerator for at least s30 minutes. Marinade longer for stronger flavor. DISCARD used marinade. Grill over medium low heat. Brush meat with additional marinade if desired. Loin is done when internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
