Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp oregano, crushed
    1/2 cup canned green chilies, chopped
    1/2 cup taco sauce (I used 1/4 cup b/c that is what I had and it was still great)
    1/2 cup light sour cream
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    9 low carb tortillas
    4 Tbls butter
    2/3 cup colby and monterey jack cheese, shredded

Directions

Brown meat with spices and garlic. When no longer pink at remaining ingredient (except cheese, butter and tortillas). Ward tortillas in microwave. Place 1/3 cup meat mixture in each tortillas and roll up like a burrito. Place in greased 11x17 baking dish. Melt butter and brush on each chimichanga. Bake in 500 degree oven for 15 minutes. Add cheese. Place back in oven until cheese is melted.
