Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 Egg
    1/3 -1/2 cup Whole Wheat Breadcumbs (to your preference)
    1/2 jar Salsa
    1/2 packet Ortega Taco Seasoning

Directions

Mix ingredients together...add breadcrumbs to the consistency you like. I try making a mini-burger to make sure I like the seasoning. Fry up patties in Pam in a pan (3-4 min per side).

No bun needed...delish with some shredded cheddar or extra salsa on top.
