    1 Cup Frozen, unsweetened blueberries
    2 cups Splenda for baking
    2 TBSP Vanilla Extract
    2 TSP Baking Powder
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    4 eggs
    2 cups Oat Bran
    1/2 cup Nonfat Dry Milk


Mix all ingredients except blueberries, oat bran, and baking powder. Once thoroughly mixed, add oat bran and stir. Add baking powder and stir. Add blueberries at the last second. Once mixed. Add to Giant muffin pans (12 servings).

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes and enjoy.
