    Fresh Zucchini (2, medium)
    Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
    Dried Dill Weed (1 tsp)
    Salt (1 dash)


* Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
* Slice zucchini & add to oil
* Mix well to evenly coat zucchini with oil, cover, and let cook about five minutes
* Remove from heat, sprinkle with dill & salt
* Serve immediately
