Number of Servings: 4


    2 Very ripe peaches cut into eigths(or 1 cup frozen)
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    2 whole grain graham crackers, crushed
    1 teaspoon non-hydrogenated tub margarine
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/2 cup non fat milk
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 cup whole grain white flour


1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix brown sugar, peaches, graham cracker crumbs and tub margarine together roughly.
3. Mix remaining ingredients to form cake part of the cobbler. It will be very liquid, that's good.
4. Pour mixture over top of peaches.
5. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool. Then serve with peach and mint garnishes.
