Ingredients

    2.3/4 c wheat flour
    4 oz choped nuts
    1 tsp salt
    3 1/2 tsp baking powder
    4 soup spoon unsweetned apple sauce
    1 lg egg
    1 c brown sugar
    3 ex-sm bananas

    mix well - apple sauce, brown sugar,egg,salt, bakking powder, 2-3 ex-sm bananas ( mashed). Add 2 3/4 c wheat flour mix well. Add chopped nuts 4oz. bake at 350 in a sprayed pan for 40-50 min or til toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    apx 20 ser for a 9x12 pan
