    1 lb fresh brussel sprouts
    3.5 oz diced shallots
    2 t minced garlic
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 T butter, salted
    1/2 t salt
    1 T splenda


makes 4 svgs... each svg is 1/2 cup...

-first shred the brussel sprouts. make sure to take out the core.
-melt butter in pan, then saute the garlic and shallots til tender.
-add the sprouts, and cook about 2 or 3 mins.
-add the stock salt and splenda and continue cooking about 5 minutes, or until sprouts are tender.
