    Collards, 4 cup, finely sliced
    Onions, 1/2 medium, sliced
    Garlic, 1 clove, thinly sliced
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Fish Sauce, 1/2 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    Sesame Oil, 1/2 tsp
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Ginger, minced, 1 tsp


1) Heat canola oil in a large wok.
2) Saute onions, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
3) Add collards. Keep stirring as they begin to wilt.
4) Add soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil. Cook until tender, but not overdone.
Makes 4 approx. 1/2-cup servings.
