A slight variation on the typical tuna pasta salad! A slight variation on the typical tuna pasta salad!
Number of Servings: 6


    1 box Kraft Dinner (Mac N Cheese in the USA)
    2 cans Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained
    2 cups frozen peas & carrots
    3 tbsp Hellman's Mayo with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 cup skim milk
    2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp curry powder (trust me on this one)
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp thyme


Cook pasta according to directions. About 2 minutes before pasta is done, add frozen veggies to blanch.

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix cheese powder with milk, mayo, mustard, garlic & spices.

Drain the pasta and tuna and toss in the seasoning mix. Refrigerate and serve cold.

Makes 6 servings.
