Introduction
I found this recipe online and tweeked it to make it my own. I found this recipe online and tweeked it to make it my own.Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

1/2 cup Bran (I use Raisin Bran)
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup water
8 prunes finely chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup Raisins.
1 apple peeled and chopped
Directions
Chop prunes fine, heat water in microwave for 2 min. Put Raisins and prunes in hot water and allow to stand 10 min. At the same time pour milk over bran cereal and allow to stand 10 min.
mix all dry ingredients and all wet ingredients seperately then combine. Mix till wet do not overstir.
When I add the apple I have to add another cup of flour.
Bake at 425 for 15-20 min.
If you make a loaf instead of muffins it takes 5 min longer to cook.
