    2 cups kale, chopped
    2 cups red swiss chard, chopped
    1 can of garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained and rinsed
    2 spring onions, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 tbsp. olive oil
    2 heavy pinches of salt
    Cayenne pepper to taste


-Sweat the onions and garlic in the olive oil in a pan until fragrant.
-Add the greens and saute gently for 1-2 minutes or until they wilt slightly
-Add the beans and cook about 5 minutes more.
-Season, add the cheese and serve.

Yield: 2 meal size portions or 4 side dish portions.
