Ingredients

    16 oz shrimp
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp shallots
    1 tbsp plus 1 tsp flour
    3/4 cup wine
    3/4 cup chicken stock
    2 tbsp Dijon

Directions

Melt butter. Cook shrimp. Remove. Add shallots and cook until softened. Add flour, wine, chicken stock, and Dijon. Mix well. Bring to a boil. When sauce thickens, add shrimp to reheat.. Serve over rice.
