    Gluten free elbow macaroni shells 56g
    Cornstarch,1/2 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, .1/4 cup
    Black Diamond Cheddar Cheese (Old), 30 grams
    Great Value prepared mustard, 1/2 tsp
    Unico Diced Tomatoes, 1/2 cup


Cook pasta el dente in a large amount of water. Meanwhile stir together cornstarch and milk in small pot. Heat until thickened stirring occassionally. Add in cheese and mustard. Stir until melted and then add tomatoes. Stir to combine. Drain pasta and add to cheese sauce. Let sit a few minutes to set sauce on pasta.
Makes 1 serving aprox 1 3/4 cups
