Ingredients

    3/4 cup Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp distilled white vinegar
    6 cups broccoli
    1/2 medium red onion
    1/4 cup raisins

Directions

Mix sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise in a bowl.
Add raisins, chopped red onions; mix and refrigerate.
Chop broccoli and add. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Can substitute mayonnaise with light or Miracle Whip. Could also add chopped cashews for an extra crunch or add crumbled bacon. Makes 12 1/2 cup servings.
