    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 1 cup
    Sour cream, fat free, 1 small container
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    *No Yolk Broad Noodles, 2 cups (dry)


In a large pot, boil egg noodlesfor 10 minutes, remove from heat, drain and rinse. In a large skillet on medium high heat, brown grond beef, then drain and rinse under warm water to remove excess fat. Decrease heat to medium low. Add remaining ingredients, stir until blended. Heat thoroughly for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve 1/2 cup of stroganoff over 1/2 cup cooked noodles. Makes abot 6 servings.
