    .25 cup bread crumbs
    1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
    1 tbsp fresh marjoram, chopped
    1 tbsp parsley, chopped
    2 large tomatoes, halved
    1 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into quarters
    salt and pepper to taste


Makes 4 servings

Preheat the plank to 350 degrees

In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs,basil, marjoram, and parsley. Mix and set aside. Gently squeeze the tomatoes to push out the seeds and juice, using a spoon to scoop out any remaining seeds. Place tomatoe halves in the oval of the preheated plank. Season them with salt and pepper and loosley fill them with the herbed bread crumbs. Dot the butter on top of each. Bake for 25 minutes or until stuffing appears wll toasted.
