    4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    i can cream of mushroom soup
    1.5 cups evaporated milk, unsweetened
    1 cup apple juice
    1 cup converted white rice, uncooked
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese


Put chicken into the bottom of a crock pot set to high heat. Mix all other ingredients besides cheese and pepper. Pour over top of chicken. Top with cheese and pepper and cook for 4 to 6 hours. Enjoy!
