    1 cup cooked short grain brown rice
    1 cup cooked black beans
    1/2 cup grated carrots
    1/2 cup grated zucchini
    2TB chopped onion
    1/3 cup oat flour
    1 TB cumin, ground
    2 TB Olive oil


Preheat oven to 350
Combine rice and beans in the food processor and pulse until well mixed paste has formed. Move mixture into a medium bowl. Grate carrots and zucchini either by hand or using the food processor. Add to the mixute all the remaining ingredients, except the olive oil. (oat flour can be made by pulsing whole oats inthe food processor.)
Use oil to lightly coat the bottom on the pan. Depending on how you would like to eat them, make large or small patties and place on oiled baking sheet. Cooking time will depend on how large the paties are, 15-30 minutes, until patties are crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside. Flip once. Enjoy.
