    2 cups fresh chopped kale
    1/2 cup fresh sliced strawberries
    2 TB Balsamic Vinegar


Remove the kale from the stem and chop. Add into a medium to large saute pan, add a few TB water to help steam it. Once the kale turns bright green, (1-2 minutes) add in the sliced strawberries and balsamic vinegar and turn heat up slightly. Cook for 1-2 minutes and serve.
