Ingredients

    1/2 banana
    1/4 mango
    1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
    1/8 cup fresh sqeezed oj
    1/2 cup unsweetened low fat vanilla almond milk
    1/2 a small peach
    2 ice cubes
    less than 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
    1tsp honey

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. You may have to pulse it to crush up the ice cubes.

I think this is a great basic recipe, which can be tweaked successfully by adding/changing up fruits, spices, or flavours of almond milk.
