    4 mahi mahi fillets (3oz each)
    2 tbsp olive oil
    tbsp butter
    half cup of spinach
    half cup of Parmesan cheese
    pinch of garlic salt
    pinch of pepper


Preheat oven to 400. Lay fillets in baking dish and brush with butter. Sprinkle spinach over fish then pour olive oil over fish and spinach. Sprinkle cheese over all and dash with garlic salt and pepper. Cover and bake in over for 15 minutes.
