    Beef, sirloin steak, 12 oz sliced in bite size pieces
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves chopped
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onion &/or Scallion, fresh, chopped, 1/2 cup
    Green Pepper, 1/2 Large
    Celery raw, chopped, 1 cup
    Carrots, sliced, 3/4 cup
    Broccolli, sliced, 1 cup
    Cauliflower, sliced, 1 cup
    Argo Cornstarch, 1/2 tbsp
    Chicken Stock, 1/2 cup


Mix soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
Slice sirloin steak.
Combine steak and seasonings.
Marinate while preparing vegetables.
Slice or chop vegetables.
Stir fry seasoned meat until brown and tender.
Add vegetables and stir fry for approx. 10 min
Mix cornstarch and chicken stock.
Add to meat/vegetables to thicken.
Serve over rice or noodles.
