Ingredients

    1 cup homemade low sodium clamato juice (see my recipe.
    You can also use store bought juice which is
    similar in calorie but MUCH higher in sodium)
    1/2 cup diced cucumber
    1/2 cup diced celery
    7 baby carrots
    1/2 cup baby spinach

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree on high until smooth and no chunks remain. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
