    1/2 cup uncooked rinsed quinoa
    1 cup water
    1 lb ground turkey
    1/2 large carrot or 6-8 baby carrots
    1/2 medium zucchini
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1-2 tbsp cayenne
    1 tbsp cumin


* Combine 1/2 cup quinoa and 1 cup water in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, continue cooking ~10 minutes until water is absorbed and quinoa is cooked.
* Combine carrots, zucchini, bread crumbs and quinoa in food processor and chop finely then mix with ground turkey and spices
* Make patties, cook on grill, serve on either bun or in pita, enjoy.
