Ingredients

    2 c. flour
    3 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 egg
    1 c. bananas (about 3)
    1/2 c. milk

Directions

Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Beat sugar, butter & egg. Add bananas and milk mixing well. Add dry ingredients beating until smooth. Pour into greased bread pan. Bake @ 350 about 1 hour.
