Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    Butter, salted, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Applegate Farms Organic Uncured Sunday Bacon (2 sl.), 0.5 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

Heat oil ant butter in skillet over med. heat. Add onions and garlic and sweat until soft and browned. Slice bacon and add to skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally until browned anc beginning to crisp. Meanwhile, slice zucchini down the middle and then slice to desired thickness. Add to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally until tender to your liking, 5-10 minutes for me depending on thickness and skillet size.
