    10 oz. of Fresh Baby Spinach
    2 cloves of Garlic, minced
    1/2 cup of Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1 cup of Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    1/2 tsp. of salt
    1/2 tsp. of pepper
    1 cup of White Onion, chopped
    1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated
    3 pieces of Artichoke Hearts, separated

    Blue Corn Tortilla Chips for Dipping


Wilt the spinach in a pan and drain. Then mix ingredients in a bake dish. And bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
