Ingredients

    3 lbs (95%) lean ground beef
    1/4 cup onion chopped
    25 saltine crackers crushed
    2 1/2 cups tomatoe sauce
    1/4 cup bell pepper chopped
    1 egg
    1 envelope onion mix
    5 tbsp ketchup

Directions

in a large bowl add ground beef, egg, tomatoe sauce, onion, bell pepper, onion mix, crushed crackers and mix well.... put into a baking pan and form into a loaf....
spread ketchup on top...
bake at 375 until beef in no longer pink in center ( about 1 hour)

cut into 10 ( 4.8 oz ) servings....
