    4 Chicken breast (mine weighed 15 ounces total
    1/2 cup of Heinz Ketchup
    3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp Heinz White Vinegar
    3 Tbsp Lite Teriyaki Sauce
    The juice from one small orange(1/4 cup)
    1 tsp Dry Mustard
    2 tsp pepper flakes


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, teriyaki sauce and mustard.Spray a 8x8 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.Place 1/2 of the sauce into the bottom of the baking dish.Place the chicken breasts on top of the sauce and cover the chicken with the remaning sauce.Bake uncovered for 40 mins, or until the chicken is done and the sauce has thickened.Divide any sauce evenly over the chicken and serve with rice.Rice is not included in nutritional info.

* The original recipe contained 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce, instead of three and did not have the orange juice.With the extra teriyaki sauce and the orange juice the sauce did not thicken like it should have.After cooking chicken, I put in a sauce pan, adding 1/4 tsp of corn starch and heated it on the stove top until the sauce thickened to my liking.
