Ingredients

8 ounces of Flank Steak - thinly slice
1 tsp fresh Garlic minced
2 Tblps Soy sauce (tamari)
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Ancho Chili dried and chopped up to a powder or use dry powder
2 cups Raw Scallions - chopped jullian stlye
1/4 cup ginger syrup (cook fresh ginger 2 cups sliced with 2 cups water, and 1 cup sugar - left over ginger roll in sugar and dry in oven *store left over syrup in fridge can be used for mixed drinks or other stir fry's*)
Directions
Makes 3 servings -
Marinate
8 ounces of Flank Steak - thinly sliced with the following
1 tsp fresh Garlic minced
2 Tblps Soy sauce (tamari)
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Ancho Chili dried and chopped up to a powder or use dry powder
In a Hot Wok stir fry up the meat mixture about 3-4 minutes
Take meat out set aside in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp canola oil with Raw Scallions add salt and pepper to taste.
Add meat back to pan with the scallions with 1/4 cup ginger syrup, left over juices from earlier, and 1 tsp corn starch if you want to thicken the juices a bit.
Serve this with brown rice, plain rice, stir fried rice or in lettuce wraps with fresh tomatoes. Super tasty.
