    1/2 cup honey
    1/4 cup coconut oil
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    2 cups popped amaranth
    1 tsp vanilla extract


Stir honey, coconut oil, coca powder and peanut butter in a pot until smooth. Allow it to heat up, stirring constantly until it starts a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and popped Amaranth.

Drop onto wax paper using a spoon and allow to harden.
