    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cups
    Parampara Nawabi Chicken mix spice packet


Cut chicken into medium sized (spoon-size) chunks and and cook in a skillet until done. Use nonfat spray instead of butter to cook the chicken. Chicken should be browned before moving to next step, but not too dry.

Mix thoroughly the contents of the Parampara Nawabi Chicken spices packet with 2 cups of water and 1 cup of plain yogurt in a bowl. Add onions (sliced into large chunks) and tomatoes (also sliced into large chunks). Mix well.

Add the browned chicken and the bowl mixture together until you have a nice thick gravy, about 20-25 minutes.

Can be served over (or with) rice or steamed vegetables.

Makes 4 servings according to packet, but I've found that extra vegetables and/or a side of rice will extend this to about 6 servings. Calories and other info calculated for 4 servings, though. Enjoy!
