    2 Romaine Hearts sliced in half lengthwise
    1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
    4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp each kosher salt and black pepper


Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic cloves, and sautee 2 minutes until golden, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and whisk in lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Heat grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Spray romaine hearts lightly with olive oil. Grill 30 - 45 seconds until lightly charred and slightly wilted.

Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
