Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup all-purpose white flour
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    113 g low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup water
    1 banana, mashed
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Mix all dry ingredients together (flours through baking soda).

Mix all wet ingredients together (yogurt through banana).

Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Gently fold in walnuts and blueberries.

Fill 12 muffin cups and bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.

    Very Good
    This recipe was okay. I was expecting it to be sweeter with the blueberries and yogurt, so next time I would add splenda, even though it wasn't meant to have sweetener. - 7/10/11
