Ingredients

    1 (12 oz.) pkg large shells, fusilli or rotelle
    3 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
    1.5 cups Petite frozen yellow corn; defrosted
    1.25 cups Safeway SELECT Southwest Salsa
    1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed & drained
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
    1/8 tsp ground cumin, optional
    1.5 cups reduced fat shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; run under cold water and drain well. Put into a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Served chilled or at room temperature.
